[ShopeeFood Merchant] Why can’t I access the ShopeeFood Merchant app?

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. You may refer to the following troubleshooting steps if you encounter any technical difficulties accessing the ShopeeFood Merchant app. Please note that you may conduct these troubleshooting steps separately.

 

  1. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
  2. Go To Setting > Find App > Shopee Partner App > Force Stop.
  3. Close all currently running apps.
  4. Reboot your device in use.
  5. Restart the app by exiting and re-entering the Shopee Partner App.

 

Note: Please also make sure that you have updated to the latest version of the Shopee Partner App on your Android / iOS / EDC device.
